Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Admissions for Kellogg's Full-Time MBA programs plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of student recruitment and enrollment through the use of data analytics and insights. This position supports the full admissions cycle by leveraging data to optimize outreach, improve yield strategies, and identify trends in applicant behavior. The role requires a blend of admissions skills, analytical acumen, and strategic thinking to drive enrollment goals, enhance the candidate experience, and inform decision-making across the Full-Time MBA admissions team.

Specific Responsibilities:

Analyze applicant and enrollment data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as application trends, yield rates, and conversion funnels to develop valuable strategic insights.

Contribute to the development and refinement of annual and long-term admissions strategies based on analysis of admissions data and market trends.

Participate in all aspects of the selection process, including interviewing candidates, evaluating applications, and managing applicant pools.

Manage one-on-one relationships with prospective and admitted students via in-person interactions, phone and email correspondence.

Participate in domestic and international recruiting events, which include being the lead presenter to large audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired

4+ years of professional work experience

Demonstrated experience using data to inform strategy, improve processes, or drive decision-making

Comfort speaking and presenting to large groups

Comfort with ambiguity and change

Demonstrated initiative in solving problems and proposing improvements

Passion for team-based work with clear dedication to fostering positive, collegial relationships

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks and projects within dynamic, changing environment

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Willing and able to travel internationally, domestically and work occasional evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in admissions or higher education

Experience working in Slate, our admissions CRM system

Experience with recruiting, talent development or talent evaluation

Experience presenting in front of large audiences

Strong analytical skills

Strong project management skills

Target hiring range for this position will be $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
