Position Overview:

An experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant is needed to support end-to-end business process optimization within a global enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong RapidResponse (RR) expertise, especially in authoring, analytics, and scripting, and possess a working knowledge of supply chain planning domains. You’ll be responsible for supporting technical enhancements, testing, agile delivery, and ongoing operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and enhancement of RapidResponse solutions across supply chain functions

Author and refine technical components in RR including workbooks, forms, dashboards, automation tasks, and scripts

Conduct unit testing, develop test cases, and support UAT and Hypercare phases

Collaborate with support and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve user issues

Follow agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution

Adhere to best practices in authoring (including documentation and comments)

Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training of new team members

Stay updated with new features and changes in RR Authoring and Analytics

Facilitate system integration with enterprise and stand-alone systems through imports, exports, and interface connections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience in IT or Business roles

2–3 years of direct experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse in areas such as Authoring, Analytics, and Scripting

5–6 years in a functional role supporting supply chain or sales & operations planning (S&OP)

Good understanding of Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Capacity Planning concepts

Familiarity with Kinaxis features including Netting, CTP, FLP, Attribute-Based Planning

Proficiency in PL/SQL and Java programming

Experience in cloud-based SaaS platforms and environments

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies in release planning and project execution

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a manufacturing or high-tech/semiconductor environment preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
