Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team. As a QA Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the overall mission of ensuring product safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully with the organization.

Location: Benton Harbor, Michigan
Pay Range: Up to $85,000 + bonus
What's the Job?
Plan and implement programs that meet corporate food safety and quality missions.
Achieve food safety and quality objectives by managing compliance with product specifications.
Develop and validate food safety and quality plans, including HACCP and sanitation programs.
Drive continuous process and product improvement based on data analysis.
Effectively manage and evaluate packinghouse staff performance.
What's Needed?
B.S. degree in a relevant area of study preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervising food safety and quality programs.
Experience in fresh produce is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
