We're looking for a versatile and motivated System Analyst Programmer to join our IT team! This role combines application development, system support, and technical troubleshooting. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application components

Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application tiers

Support QA and software testing efforts

Participate in agile development and R& D projects

Provide helpdesk and general technical support

Recommend system enhancements and new technologies

Work with SQL, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and related tools

Support business applications like Cerner CoPath, Athena, and Nuance Dragon

Assist with general MIS functions, documentation, and integration

Working knowledge of:

Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, Windows Services, Console Apps, Web Services, MVC, JavaScript, CSS

MS SQL Server Management Studio 2016 or higher

SQL, DDL, triggers, stored procedures

Crystal Reports and SQL Business Intelligence Development Studio

Power BI and .NET Framework

Microsoft 365 Office Solutions

General understanding of:

System analysis and problem-solving

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Documentation and testing best practices
