Job Description

The Material Handler is responsible for maintaining resin supply levels and readiness in accordance with the production schedule. This role requires maintaining lot traceability for all resins, inserts, and assembly components throughout all stages of production use, storage, and reclamation. The Material Handler also manages the staging of all production consumables and performs daily maintenance of the resin drying equipment.

Responsibilities

Ensure resin supply levels are maintained and ready as per the production schedule.

Maintain lot traceability for all resins, inserts, and assembly components.

Stage all production consumables and perform daily maintenance of resin drying equipment.

Assist with clean room material handling and adhere to all clean room protocols.

Use pallet jacks and other warehouse tools for loading and unloading tasks.

Utilize RF scan guns for inventory management and picking tasks.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facility. Material Handlers will work in both the warehouse and clean room areas and must adhere to clean room protocols, including wearing safety gear such as booties, masks, and safety glasses. The company has recently expanded its facility, doubling its size, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The schedule follows a 2-2-3 rotation with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $20.25/hr.
