Responsibilities:

• Enter warranty card information with precision and timeliness.
• Organize and manage files to support effective record-keeping.
• Perform calculations and verify numerical data for accuracy.
• Utilize scanning tools to digitize documents when required.
• Assist in email correspondence related to data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new software tools and systems as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong typing skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and acute attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word, and general internet skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately.
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept constructive feedback.
