Position Summary:

The Raiser's Edge Database Administrator plays a critical role in supporting development and fundraising efforts by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the Raiser's Edge database. This individual is responsible for donor data entry, maintenance, reporting, and ensuring best practices in data management and donor stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update donor records, including gifts, pledges, contact details, event participation, and communication history within Raiser's Edge.

• Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as data hygiene, duplicate resolution, and consistency checks.

• Generate acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, and donor reports as needed.

• Support data imports and exports for mailings, email campaigns, and special events.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate data tracking for campaigns and fundraising initiatives.

• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in compliance with CCPA and donor privacy policies.

• Provide assistance with prospect research and donor segmentation to support targeted outreach and engagement strategies.

• Support accurate and timely gift processing and donor stewardship workflows.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports and dashboards for development team use.

• Provide technical support and training on database use as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in database administration, with 4–6 years in an administrative or data management role.
