Job Description

As a Clean Room Operator, you will be responsible for pulling parts off of an injection mold machine and performing secondary operations with specific instructions. Your role involves assembling, labeling, and packaging parts as they are molded. You must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

Operate injection mold machines effectively.

Perform assembly and secondary operations as instructed.

Label and package molded parts accurately.

Ensure adherence to clean room procedures and protocols.

Maintain punctuality and reliability in task execution.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facility. It is a clean room manufacturing company that has recently expanded, doubling its facility size. The atmosphere is welcoming, and contractors are required to gown up, with no jewelry or makeup, wearing booties, masks, and safety glasses. The schedule is structured in 12-hour shifts with a 2/2/3 rotation: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, offering every other weekend off. Additionally, there are 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. The facility encourages a collaborative and supportive work culture.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
