Cleanroom Assembly Technician - Weekly Pay!

Hiring for the following shifts:

Weekday Night Shift - $18.40/hr

Weekend Day Shift - $17.60/hr

Job Description

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bioprocess containers within a cleanroom environment. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction Documents (WIDs), and blueprints to safely and efficiently execute the production process, which includes assembling, material handling, equipment operation, and packaging.

Responsibilities

Manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package and inspect products according to blueprints and manufacturing drawings.

Utilize tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, and pallet jacks.

Adhere to safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.

Ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations for mutual inspection, finding and correcting quality errors, and timely reporting problems.

Record accurate documentation in Production Control Documents (PCD) during task performance.

Participate actively in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.

Collaborate effectively as part of a team in the manufacturing process and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.

Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.Essential Skills

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

Work Environment

The position requires working in a cleanroom environment where you must wear appropriate PPE, including a bunny suit, hair net, gloves, and booties. The role involves lifting items weighing over 25 lbs and requires standing for extended periods during shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Logan, Utah.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
