Key Responsibilities:

Review and process applications, registrations, contracts, and license maintenance requests in accordance with compliance standards.

Conduct background checks and verify state license information.

Liaise between licensing departments and internal/external stakeholders via phone and email.

Provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting license-related issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

High school diploma or college graduate

Comfortable using phones and navigating various systems

Prior administrative or processing experience is a plus!

Schedule & Location:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Hybrid: 2 days onsite; 3 days remote
