We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Point of Sale (POS) systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software components such as barcode scanners, card readers, and receipt printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices such as computers, printers, and other networked equipment.
• Manage user accounts within an Active Directory and Office 365 environment, ensuring proper access and security.
• Monitor and maintain network security by adhering to compliance standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement automated processes to ensure systems are updated with the latest operating system patches, antivirus definitions, and application revisions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for network computer equipment, including serial numbers.
• Conduct evaluations of software and hardware for research and development purposes to support organizational goals.
• Create and update technical documentation and diagrams for systems and processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely responses to technical issues as per department protocols.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support IT operations.• At least three years of experience in a multi-server environment with 50+ users.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including experience in incident tracking, change management, and project management.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools using available resources.
• Proficiency in collaborating with individuals across all organizational levels, both within and outside the IT department.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
