3rd Shift Packer

Job Description

At our manufacturing facility in Gardner, MA we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Packer to join our team. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative cable management products, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our industrial and commercial customers.

In this temporary role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate packing of our cable ties and related products. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Carefully inspecting and preparing products for packaging

- Operating packing equipment and machinery to package products

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

- Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards

- Collaborating with the production team to meet daily packing targets

To be successful in this position, you should have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or light industrial environment

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently

- Familiarity with packaging equipment and techniques

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- A commitment to safety and quality
