Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in North Canton, Ohio. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the adoption and efficient use of advanced technology across the organization. You will collaborate closely with end users and business teams to implement, maintain, and optimize solutions that meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of complex products and services, ensuring they meet business needs.

• Gather and analyze user requirements to design improved processes and solutions.

• Develop detailed documentation for new processes and ensure end-user understanding.

• Provide demonstrations and training for new systems, offering ongoing support as needed.

• Conduct testing to verify that solutions perform as expected and meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with project teams to validate data and ensure successful deployment in testing environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with implemented solutions, escalating challenges when necessary.

• Create training materials and test scripts to support the roll-out of new applications or products.

• Act as a subject matter expert for various systems within the organization's technology portfolio.

• Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance company operations and performance.• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in analyzing and managing software systems and data retrieval.

• Demonstrated expertise with core software applications and technical knowledge of relevant platforms.

• Previous experience conducting training sessions and creating educational materials.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for project-related needs.
