Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Brookfield, Illinois. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing organization by leveraging expertise in data analysis, Office 365 tools, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving smarter decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary resource for Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Exchange, and Power Automate, ensuring optimal use and seamless integration.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights and real-time metrics.

• Analyze and clean organizational data to identify trends, streamline processes, and connect datasets.

• Create workflow automations using tools like Power Automate to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with development teams to support back-office projects, including enhancements built on Flutterflow.

• Troubleshoot Office 365 usage issues and provide solutions to improve communication and workflows across teams.

• Partner with leadership to design scalable systems and processes that align with company growth objectives.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions using data and automation tools.

• Provide basic support for development-related projects, with an understanding of coding concepts being a plus.• 4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing organization.

• Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, Exchange, Power BI, and Power Automate.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

• Familiarity with development concepts or tools like Flutterflow/Dart is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience creating workflow automations and building dashboards for data visualization.

• Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in process optimization and data analysis.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable systems and innovative solutions.
