LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Charlotte, NC. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing company that values technical skill and customer service. A company vehicle will be provided for all job-related travel.Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
Install new systems in accordance with specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and improve system efficiency.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.
Complete accurate service documentation and communicate job details clearly to customers.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC technician experience.
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
HVAC certification from a technical school or accredited program preferred.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.Preferred Experience:
Residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
Knowledge of smart HVAC systems and energy-efficient technologies.
Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical repair.What’s Offered:
$28–$30/hour depending on experience
