Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
The Material Handler (Return Lane) position is a full-time hourly role based in Erlanger, KY. The position requires working from 10 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday through Thursday, with every other weekend off (currently 12 on, 2 off). This role involves verifying stock accuracy as it returns from production, correcting and identifying losses, ensuring the safe operation of powered industrial equipment, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Understand and follow instructions listed on reports/pick sheets.
Check and add all materials listed on pick sheets.
Precisely weigh materials from production areas to be put back into stock.
Follow QC sampling procedures.
Report QC deviations.
Execute all required transactions on terminal software and handheld scanners.
Pull and return material to approved locations in warehouses.
Follow ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures.
Maintain inventory record accuracy of 95% or greater.
Perform other duties as necessary.Essential Skills
High School diploma, equivalent, or degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years’ experience in Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics & Transportation.
Experience with bar-coding.
Forklift (stand-up) experience.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Word.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and organized. The role requires standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and bending throughout an 8-hour shift. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
