Position Details:
Shift: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Environment: Office-based role
Location: Onsite in Dubuque, IA
Schedule: Full-Time
As an Experimental Parts Procurement Group Planner, you will collaborate with engineering, supply management, and experimental shop teams to coordinate the procurement of experimental parts supporting feasibility and durability builds.
In this role, you will:
• Manage a shared work queue to handle part requests, coordinating the procurement of experimental parts, feasibility builds, and durability builds.
• Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and receipt of materials required for experimental operations.
• Create and update Material Masters, Extend Views, and perform Material Movements using SAP systems as needed.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Strong proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and other common formulas.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Mathematics. Candidates with relevant work experience or recent/upcoming graduates will also be considered.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Familiarity with SAP software.
• Experience or knowledge in Tableau and Power BI.
