Title: Electrical PLC Engineer/PLC Programmer

Location: Houston, TX (On-Site)

Required Skills

Expertise in following siemens products.

1. Siemens PLC software - Step-7 Micro win, Simatic Manager, TIA portal, Simatic Wincc-HMI

2. SCADA software-Simatic Wincc-SCADA, Simatic TIA Portal-SCADA, Simatic scout

3. Motion Control software-

4. PLC controllers-S7-200, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500

5. HMI-Simatic Basic, Comfort, advanced HMI

6. IPC-Simatic industrial PC

7. Motion control system-Simatic Master-motion controller, Sinamics motion controller, Sinamics VFD

8. Communication protocol-

9. Hardware support-GSD files installation and configuration

10. PLC programming language -Ladder, STL, SFC, FBD

11. HMI-HMI screen design, PLC to HMI tag allocation.

12. SCADA Programming-PLC to Scada system IO allocation, DATA base creation, Data logging.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Understanding customer requirements.

2. PLC Programming and electrical IO list checking.

3. Integration of third-party device (robot, vision system, printer) with PLC

4. HMI Screen Design and operator training.

5. Documentation and manual preparation.

6. Creating and executing standard function blocks.

7. Integration of servo system and motion controller.Company Description
