Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data visualization, statistical analysis, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and interpret data from internal and external sources.

Clean, organize, and validate datasets for analysis and reporting.

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define KPIs and success metrics.

Support strategic decision-making through actionable insights.

Automate recurring reporting and data extraction tasks using scripts or BI tools.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency with databases.

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with statistical programming (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Familiarity with A/B testing, predictive modeling, or machine learning basics.

Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
