General Manager – Private Community Restaurant SW Florida $75K–$80K + Benefits

We’re searching for a polished, process-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a well-established dining operation within a private residential community in Southwest Florida. This is a full-service, full-responsibility role overseeing a 125-seat restaurant that serves discerning residents who expect consistency, quality, and a personalized touch.

This isn’t open to the public—and that’s the point. You’ll be leading a trusted gathering place for homeowners who value high standards and a warm, familiar experience.

What You’ll Own:

Full front and back-of-house oversight—staffing, scheduling, service, and operational execution

Financial accountability including inventory, labor, and cost controls

Collaborating with community leadership on planning, events, and strategic improvements

Leading and developing a team to deliver consistent service and uphold a clean, professional environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a strong background in structured restaurant operations (corporate dining, hospitality groups, or upscale dining chains preferred)

Is confident managing both FOH and BOH teams

Understands the importance of systems, service standards, and creating a predictable, high-quality guest experience

Brings calm leadership, clear communication, and consistency to the table

Is comfortable working closely with stakeholders and residents in a community environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $75,000–$80,000
