ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prepare first-off parts and conduct audits of molded parts

Remove excess flash from molded parts using a blade

Rework parts as needed following final inspection

Load drums and sieve stones; inspect parts for proper finish

Operate cryogenic machine: load, start, unload, and inspect parts

Operate ovens: start, load, and unload parts

Maintain strict part segregation by job number; ensure all steps follow SOPs and quality procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must wear required PPE: hair net, shoe covers, lab coat, and other protective equipment while in the production environment
