Compensation: $90,000–$110,000

As a Level III Analytics Engineer, you’ll lead the technical delivery across a portfolio of client accounts—building scalable, accurate reporting solutions and partnering with business leaders to drive results.

You’ll lead the technical build of reporting solutions—from designing models and measures to demoing results—ensuring clients can rely on what they see to make confident, informed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build clean, efficient semantic models using SQL and Power BI

Develop advanced DAX measures and dashboards that drive clarity and action

Facilitate client meetings to demo work, gather feedback, and align priorities

Translate business needs into technical requirements and well-structured solutions

Scope and prioritize work across 4–6 client accounts in collaboration with Client Success Managers

Adjust quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining focus on accuracy and quality

Communicate logic and tradeoffs clearly — building trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Identify risks, surface opportunities, and guide clients through their data journey

What You Bring

4–6+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data engineering

Advanced Power BI, SQL (T-SQL), and DAX skills

Experience with dimensional modeling (Kimball or similar)

Experience working within modern cloud data platforms such as Azure and Snowflake

Strong executive communication - able to simplify complex concepts and guide decision-makers

Organized and adaptable, with a track record of delivering high-quality work across competing priorities

Comfortable leading client conversations and presenting technical progress
