Summary:
Install, configure, and support an organizations local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
Job Responsibilities:
• Direct staff to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
• Review and approve the planning and implementation of network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Review and approve the design, configuration and testing of computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
• Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and counsel organization on where changes will need to be made in the future.
• Present system flow diagrams to organization and review and approve systems procedures.
• Supervise systems implementation.
• Supervise and assist in computer networking and computer operation functions
Skills:

• Strong ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements.
• Strong knowledge of networking computer hardware and software
Education/Experience:
• High School Degree and Bachelors degree in data processing /related field or equivalent work experience required.

Comments
Position Location: Two PNC, Pittsburgh PA, 29th floor
Physical Security Lab is in Pittsburgh
Provide locations/flexible work by preference: 3 days a week onsite
Ability to work remote: n/a
Days of the week: Monday through Friday, days in office are flexible, most of the team is there WED/THURS

Engineers, interact with the backend systems. Might not be building servers (not the hardware). Manage the application.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operational health of the environment
Will utilize physical security apps to check the health on any given area
Ensure physical security is functional
Would open needed tickets and coordinate with vendors to address issues
Follow up on already open tickets for resolution
Stand up new services
Testing tasks with SR engineers
Technical Skills:
Windows 2019/2022 or Linux Red Hat 8/9
Prior experience in Enterprise level infrastructure and Software Lifecycle Management
Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow
Flex Skills:
Prior Physical Security Technology Experience preferred.
Experience with managing Commercial Off the Shelf applications highly preferred.
Strong understanding of APIs, Certificates, Single Sign On technologies a plus.
Prior experience with AMAG Symmetry, AMAG Connect, Idemia MorphoWave and MorphoManager, Verint VidCenter and/or Video Inspector a plus
Passion to innovate with open-source mind set to improve products
Experience in collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams

Prior experience with presentations to all levels of the LOB
