Full Time $21 per hour

Join a West Michigan Best and Brightest Company as a Delivery Driver, transporting goods with superior customer service to various customer and company sites. This individual will find success through a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safe driving, and time management.

Flexible Shifts either 8/5 or 4/10

Essential Functions:

Safely operate company vehicle and ensure all destinations (across the state) are met in a timely manner; adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company protocol

Operate industrial equipment to load and unload goods, as well as manually transport when needed

Verify accuracy of inventory against paperwork per delivery; communicate with customers on delivery times and updates

Adequately complete transactions such by obtaining signatures, completing paperwork, and addressing any concerns

Timely relay critical information to internal personnel via company protocol

Represent the business through professional presentation and customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are met

Act as back-up to shipping & receiving for time off, busy periods, and as required by management

Minimal overnight travel within state, approximately 5%

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience as an intrastate delivery driver or similar role preferred

Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and valid state driver's license

Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and maintain required license

Ability to repetitively lift and transport up to 50 lbs.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Demonstrate ability to efficiently navigate computer systems and applications
