The Position

Ecosystem Commercial Partner (ECP) - Ophthalmology

The Ecosystem Commercial Partner (ECP) plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely and continuous access to treatment. Acting as the primary point of contact (PPOC) enabler in the ecosystem, the ECP leads and supports commercial activities and access operations, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of impactful outcomes for patients and the business.

The Opportunity

Driving Commercial Results. Achieve defined business goals at ecosystem and affiliate level, supporting product performance and access expansion.

Managing Procurement and Hospital Access. Lead procurement planning and tender coordination in key hospitals, including drug listing processes and maintaining access across institutions.

Ensuring Supply Continuity. Monitor and coordinate hospital-level inventory and supply chain activities in collaboration with operations, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

Supporting Patient Programs and Reimbursement. Oversee PSP enrolment, hospital-level contracts, and reimbursement education to ensure timely and accurate claim processes.

Enabling Commercial Program Execution. Coordinate implementation and tracking of commercial programs and rebates, ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Who You Are

You hold a university degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, business, or life sciences, and bring solid experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical operations, especially in commercial, access, or tender-related roles.

You are familiar with Indonesia’s healthcare landscape, including payer systems, procurement procedures, and hospital dynamics.

You thrive in cross-functional settings, communicate effectively, and take ownership in delivering results that support patient access and business success.
