Job Summary:
We’re looking for reliable, self-motivated, and tech-savvy individuals to perform data entry tasks including inputting, updating, and maintaining information on company databases and computer systems. This is a fully remote position offering flexible hours and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal databases with speed and accuracy
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Generate reports, store completed work, and perform routine backups
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data programs (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
