Job Title: Desktop Support Technician I
Location: Batesville, MS 38606
Duration: 3-Months contract to hire
Job Description:
Maintains, analyzes, and troubleshoots, computer hardware and software (O365 suite).
Troubleshoot printers. Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information.
Conducts password changes. Computer imaging and wiping.
Shipping back assets to depot.
Utilizes ServiceNow for ticketing, escalates problems/issues to higher level support if unable to resolve.
TOP 2 SKILLS REQUIRED: Desktop Support (Min. 1 year experience) and customer service. A+ certification is a plus.
