What We're Looking For

We’re hiring a driven, entrepreneurial B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and help expand our client base. This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor role, ideal for someone with experience in consultative or service-based sales who wants flexible hours and high earning potential.

Responsibilities

Source and qualify new leads via outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and email campaigns

Attend local chamber events, industry meetups, and small business mixers

Build relationships with business owners, educate them about Exit Factor, and book discovery consultations

Collaborate with our consultants to ensure successful client handoffs and relationship development

Track interactions and activity using CRM tools

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing consulting experience

Familiarity with small business environments (preferred: consulting, M&A, franchise, finance, or SaaS)

Self-starter with strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-trust conversations

Professional presence in virtual and in-person meetings

Compensation

1099 contract position

Commission-only structure + share of revenue managed

Average hourly rate of $200 based on performance

Uncapped earning potential and performance-based incentives

Top reps average $3,000–$6,000+ per month
