Join a leading aerospace company as a CMM Mechanical Inspector with programming expertise. You'll create and troubleshoot CMM programs while performing precision inspections to ensure product conformity.

Key Responsibilities

Program, validate and troubleshoot CMM/vision systems using GD&T principles

Perform precision inspections including First Article Inspections (FAIs)

Support Engineering with metrology expertise, including early drawing reviews

Resolve technical questions from operators, inspectors, and engineers

Work with Quality Engineering to verify program accuracy

Lead tooling fixture and gauge projects

Implement efficiency improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of metrology programs and GD&T

CMM programming skills/training

Experience in manufacturing environment with precision part inspection

Proficiency with inspection equipment and tools

Knowledge of ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
