Job Description
The Yardi Application Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for Yardi software users across the company. Provide troubleshooting, support and training related to the Yardi platform.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Location: 100 Grandview Rd, Braintree, MA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
First-line Yardi support for site staff, resolving issues with resident ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, RentCafe and Yardi Voyager.
Guide users through system navigation, functionality and best practices.
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement business process improvements.
Identify support trends and update internal knowledge base materials.
Change management ownership for Yardi application improvements and changes.
Review Release Notes of pending changes and prepare training in advance of those changes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Self-Directed with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional approach to customer service.
Comfortable with Office 365 applications and ecosystem.
Proven ability to adapt to new systems, software and programs.
Work history of working effectively across multiple business systems.
Ability to support diverse user populations at a variety of competency levels
PREFFERED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Experience in supporting Yardi applications, General Ledger, Accounts Payable
Knowledge of accounting and multi-family real estate management.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid U.S. Driver’s License required
Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
$2,500 sign-on bonus.
