Summary of Position:
We are looking for a seasoned licensed real estate assistant. This individual will provide administrative support: creating contracts, disclosure, calendaring, responding to emails; as well as some personal assistance to the owner, Ken DeLeon.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, track and administer the executive real estate transactions (including disclosures, purchase contracts, counteroffers, open escrow, sign off)
Manage and coordinate communications with internal and external parties on behalf of the executive, including clients, agents, vendors title companies, and mortgage brokers
Keep the executive informed about any major issues related to the transactions or clients
Set and manage appointments: travel arrangements, itineraries, team meetings and client meetings
Personal assistance includes: picking up orders, arranging personal appointments
Maintain and organize files relating to real estate transactions, including ensuring all the mandatory disclosures are completed and sent to the cooperating agent or broker for review and approvalQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 5+ years of experience as an Assistant.
Must have at least 5+ years of experience working as a real estate transaction coordinator, administrative assistant, executive assistant or legal assistant.
Strong written skills and verbal communication skills.
Must be available on evenings and weekends.
Real Estate License is required or working on obtaining one.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of basic legal documents, including disclosures, purchase contracts (CAR and PRDS forms), and counteroffers.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, professionalism, and ability to prioritize tasks while working under time limitations.
Tech savvy: Familiar with Google Suit, Zoom, MSFT, Skyslope and DocuSign.
Salary: $80-100k
