Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Exterior Services Technician, DOT Operator for our commercial landscaping team in Woodstock, GA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces while operating Department of Transportation (DOT) equipment.

Operate and maintain DOT equipment for various landscaping projects

Perform commercial landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation

Implement landscape designs and maintain existing landscapes to client specifications

Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety guidelines

Conduct basic maintenance and repairs on landscaping equipment

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage

Adapt to changing weather conditions and project requirements

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

DOT certification and relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA)

Proven experience in commercial landscaping and operating DOT equipment

Proficiency in using various landscaping tools and techniques

Strong knowledge of local flora and landscaping practices

Understanding of DOT regulations and guidelines

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
