Connected Health is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at a skilled nursing and long-term care facility located in Eureka, Montana. If you're looking for a meaningful career and a scenic place to live, this opportunity offers both.

Schedule:

Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

12-hour shifts (3x12s)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

Oversee LPNs and CNAs, promoting teamwork and ensuring patient-centered care

Conduct assessments and monitor changes in resident conditions

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license in Montana (or compact state)

CPR/BLS certification

Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills

Commitment to providing compassionate, dignified care
