Description
Mostly be in the office but will need to travel to job sites 1-2 days every other week.
Lead and manage the entire project process from conception to completion, including both ground-up construction and interior fit-out phases.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met in a timely manner.
Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, and proactively resolve issues that may arise during construction.
Supervise and guide project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring high levels of performance and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant laws and standards.
Provide regular updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

5+ years of experience
Commercial Projects
Design build experience is required
manage over 5, $8M projects simultaneously as a Project Manager
Willing to travel 1-2 days every other week

100-130K base salary
3-4 weeks PTO
Bonus potential 10-15%
