Position Overview:
The Front-End Administrator plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations and team efficiency. As the first point of contact for members and partners, this role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and direct them appropriately; assist members with general questions
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or support team needs
Manage incoming and outgoing faxes, ensuring accurate routing and documentation
Maintain up-to-date and accurate member profiles in the internal database
Serve as the main administrative point of contact for internal and external communication
Perform data entry, maintain records, and support general office organization
Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings, events, and team tasks
Provide onboarding support for new hires, including workspace setup and orientation materials
Manage incoming and outgoing mail; handle confidential documents with discretion
Assist with the coordination of company events, training sessions, and special projects
Help maintain updated SOPs and internal documentation
Assist with executive calendar management and scheduling (a plus, but not required)
Support basic social media tasks such as posting updates, responding to messages, or coordinating content (a plus, but not required)
