3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Part-time)

Were looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Retail Operations Associate

to manage inventory and ship all merchandise orders. Youll be responsible for receiving new products, restocking our on-site gift shop weekly, and ensuring every online order is packed and shipped on time. No customer servicejust focused, organized retail operations.What Youll Do

Pick, pack & ship online orders

on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday must drop off or facilitate pickup same day.

Clear the order queue

each shift no orders should carry over.

Receive and process new inventory:

check packing slips, report issues, label, store, and update Shopify within 24 hours.

Restock the gift shop

every Monday from warehouse bins no restocks midweek.

Maintain accurate inventory counts

in Shopify at all times.

Keep the warehouse organized

and fully stocked with shipping materials.What You Need

Experience using Shopify

for inventory and fulfillment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work quickly and independently

Physical ability to lift boxes (up to 40 lbs) and manage stock (we have a dolly to help!)
