Job Title: Operations Intern

Job Summary:
The operations intern will assist the operations team in streamlining processes, managing logistics, analyzing data, and improving overall efficiency. This role provides hands-on experience in operations management and offers exposure to the inner workings of a company’s day-to-day functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the operations team in monitoring and optimizing workflows, systems, and processes.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to operational activities.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational activities.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of operations principles, supply chain management, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or other operations−related software.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with project management tools or methodologies.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
Detail-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
Interest in logistics, systems optimization, and operations strategy.
