Compensation Competitive salary, plus a healthy performance and retention-based incentive program. The actual salary will vary based on applicants location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. From the Ground Up will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Expected Compensation is in the range of $50,000 to $75,000.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Account Manager will oversee commercial client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services across lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
This role blends client-facing communication with hands-on operational oversight and revenue growth responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial and residential clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Understand client goals and translate them into service plans across landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and related services.
Coordinate with crews, designers, and operations teams to deliver on time and on budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and proactively resolve issues.
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing estimates for new and existing clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on seasonal needs or client expansion.
Track all account activity, proposals, and site notes using Aspire and other systems.
Respond quickly and professionally to client requests or concerns.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales (landscaping, lawn care, or facilities services preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and resolve issues independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Aspire or similar CRM preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Preferred:
Knowledge of landscape maintenance, design/build, irrigation, or snow removal services
Degree or certification in landscaping, horticulture, or project management
