Coordinating the intake, prioritization, and management of strategic initiatives while maintaining comprehensive roadmaps, technical documentation, governance frameworks, and cross-functional alignment between product and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Cross-functional Initiatives
Coordinate the intake process for new initiatives and projects
Coordinate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to maintain an effective roadmap
Track and report on initiative progress, risks, and dependencies
Create and maintain release schedule
Facilitate cross-functional coordination of roadmap, delivery and pipeline
Maintain and optimize shared roadmap alignment between technical teams
Facilitate product flywheel meetings for product improvement and iteration
Coordinate API development and microservices integration initiatives
Foster collaboration between technical teams, operations and product teams
Technical Documentation & Process Management:
Oversee the organization's technical documentation library
Develop, maintain and update technical documentation to support the organizations technical assets.
Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Align to documentation standards and templates
Ensure all documentation for Audit and Compliance readiness is developed
Ensure all process documentation is current and accessible
Maintain version control and document lifecycle management
Document API specifications and microservices architecture
Maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and integration points
Governance & Change Control:
Coordinate governance committee meetings and documentation
Manage the change control process and documentation
Track and report on governance
Facilitate governance reviews, decisions and approvals
Maintain change log for audit trails and compliance
Facilitate a unified governance structure across compliance, engineering and analytics
Ensuring Compliance, Privacy and Security involvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical Writing, or related field
3+ years experience in program coordination with focus on technical and process documentation
3+ years experience in governance and change management
Proven track record of managing complex initiative portfolios and roadmaps
Strong understanding of documentation management and technical writing
Knowledge of engineering and infrastructure roadmap management
Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
Essential Skills:

Experience with governance frameworks and change control
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
Advanced organizational and prioritization skills
Understanding of product development lifecycles and flywheel methodology

Tools & Technologies:
Proficiency in documentation management
Experience with project/portfolio management tools
Knowledge of process mapping software
Familiarity with governance and compliance tools
Experience with API documentation tools
Understanding of infrastructure and engineering tools
