IT Project Manager/ Scrum Master

Job Description

Salary:

SoHo Dragon represents an investment bank with offices in New York, NY that needs to hire an IT Project Manager/ Scrum Master.

The Ideal Candidate will:

Have knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies and the Scrum framework

Have knowledge of software testing and application development processes

Be proficient in a range of project management tools and applications such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence

Understand Business Analysis processes, best practices and deliverables

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

15+ years of Project Management experience within a technology-focused supporting IT related projects

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

Capable of handling a team of about 20 people

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certification preferred

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with technology and subject matter experts

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong team worker; collaborative

Strong work ethic, responsible and accountable
