Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physician to join a growing healthcare team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering patient-centered care and committed to promoting the health and well-being of the pediatric population.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents.

Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.

Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.

Participate in community health initiatives and educational outreach programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $300,000 guaranteed

Incentives: Productivity-based bonuses available

Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs

Work Schedule:

Full-time, permanent position

Call schedule: 10 days per month, including weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution

Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri

Interest or proficiency in robotic-assisted surgery using the da Vinci Xi system (preferred but not required)
