Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing team of healthcare professionals. This full-time position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment with no on-call responsibilities, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for internal medicine and a desire to provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults, managing both acute and chronic conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and allied health professionals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems.

Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.

Stay informed on the latest advancements in internal medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $310,000 guaranteed

Incentives: Productivity-based bonuses available

Loan Repayment: Eligible for National Health Service Corps and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs

Work Schedule:

Full-time, permanent position

No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri

Proficiency or interest in robotic-assisted surgery using the da Vinci Xi system (preferred but not required)
