Job Description

Role: AR/AP Specialist (6 month Contract)

Hiring Type: Contract

Location: Washington DC

In office : 2x week

Pay: $28 - $30 / hour

Our client, an extremely prestigious Non Profit is in need of an AR/ AP Specialist for a 6+ contract position.

Requirements

2+ years of AR and AP Experience

Experience working with multiple cost cost codes

Responsibilities

This position will support AP & AR, but a successful candidate would be more focused on AR client invoicing and receiving payments/collections

payables, receivables and month end close/GL – along with experience interpreting contracts, strong collections experience and substantial Salesforce experience.

use cost centers and account codes for all invoicing (AP and AR) so clear understanding of costs being associated with a particular project is key
