We are seeking a highly experienced Photo + Content Producer to join The Paper Store Creative Team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in producing high-quality photo, video, and multimedia shoots across digital, print, and social media platforms. This role involves managing budgets and timelines, organizing a robust sample library, and collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Buying teams to deliver visually compelling content. The Producer will own execution for campaigns ranging from lifestyle, eComm, social, lookbook, video, and editorial shoots.

This role reports directly to the Creative Director and is key to maintaining consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints—digital, print, and in-store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead pre-production and production for photo, video, and multimedia shoots across digital, print, and social channels.

Collaborate with creative partners to plan, develop, and ensure on-budget execution of each campaign or project.

Source and hire talent (models, HMU, stylists, crew), negotiate usage rights and fees, and manage production schedules.

Coordinate all shoot logistics—locations, call sheets, props, wardrobe, crew meals, travel, and legal/permit needs.

Ensure deliverables meet the needs of eComm, digital marketing, print media, and social media strategy.

Maintain and improve shoot workflows, calendars (Monday.com), and communications from kickoff through final delivery.

Ensure video content is integrated into shoot planning and distribution; track and prioritize based on marketing and campaign needs.

Partner with Art Director and Photographer to ensure each asset aligns with campaign goals and cross-channel brand standards.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital content production, photography, and video.

Oversees the Day-to-Day Operations

Manage the end-to-end sample process: tracking, labeling, organizing, and communicating status across departments.

Liaise with DC, Buyers, and Stores to coordinate incoming samples and ensure timely availability for shoots.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-documented sample room and prop inventory.

Build detailed Excel trackers to monitor sample lifecycle, availability, and key product callouts.

Proactively communicate with Creative and Studio teams about product details, exclusivity, and shot requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years in a content or photo production role, with experience managing digital, print, and video projects in retail.

Strong project management skills; ability to lead multiple projects across timelines, formats, and platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com or other project tracking software.

Physically able to lift 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods during shoots.

Must be available to work onsite in Acton, MA, five days a week, with flexibility for occasional travel and weekend shoots.

Professional presentation and demeanor; acts as a brand ambassador on and off set.
