Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic products

Set up and adjust machine settings according to product specifications- Assemble and disassemble extrusion equipment for cleaning and maintenance

Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer requirements.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications

Previous experience operating extrusion machinery is preferred

Familiarity with logic controllers and basic troubleshooting skills- Ability to read and interpret product specifications and blueprints

Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools, such as calipers- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions

Knowledge of plastics extrusion processes and equipment- Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks

Familiarity with operating a press brake machine for bending plastic materials

Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
