Intek Plastics specializes in designing, manufacturing, assembling, and delivering a wide variety of customized plastic extrusions in the Fenestration, Hydroponic, Lighting, Refrigeration, and Power Management Industries.

What You Would Do
Set up extruder and co-extruder, install screws, dies, heater bands, etc
Read and understand prints (part dimensions, fabrication, packaging requirements)
Start equipment; set operating parameters; pull down plastic
Perform quality checks: Measure and record appropriate data in SPC and LCS
Perform changeovers, length changes, angle changes
Shut down, tear down and properly clean equipment and prepare it for the next run
Calculate footage and record production information

Proven attendance and work history
