Position Summary
Catalyst is looking for Technical Targeters. To be considered you must have an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph. This position is responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of highly complex and dynamic technical intelligence collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. Technical Targeters will research, analyze, and brief network analysis techniques and specialized tools used to identity key threats to the U.S. You must be able to identify gaps in information and take pro-active steps to address those gaps. Technical Targeters develop and provide target threat assessments, technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of the customer’s requirements and their direction.
Requirements:
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Ability to analyze technical details within a targeting set while maintaining a broader strategic perspective.
Strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of cutting-edge tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey factual information under pressure and tight deadlines, meeting or exceeding analytical standards.
Expertise in a specific geographic region or transnational target, with an understanding of associated challenges & trends.
Proven ability communicate effectively, network and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in cable writing styles and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.
For senior and expert roles: Ability to adapt to shifting analytical priorities, review work outputs, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level personnel. May oversee lower-level analysts.
Education/Experience Requirements:
