Position Summary:

As a Service Advisor at Campbell Supply, you will serve as the main liaison between customers and our service department. This position requires someone who can effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth service operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival, thoroughly reviewing warranty details and open repair orders.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document unit complaints for clear understanding and documentation.

Open repair orders efficiently and maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates on necessary repairs and vehicle status.

Collaborate with supervisors to assist with estimates, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Conduct detailed vehicle inspections alongside customers upon arrival, promoting transparency and building trust.

Document all warranty information and recalls comprehensively, staying updated on the latest OEM recalls and campaigns.

Coordinate effectively with the next shift supervisor to ensure a smooth transition of pending work, maintaining continuity and efficiency.

Adhere strictly to company policies regarding fund collection and vehicle release, maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Attend mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to personal and professional growth.

Execute additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and proactive support for team objectives.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and vehicle repair information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Professional personal appearance and demeanor.
