A local company is seeking a Client Success Manager who will be responsible for creating and implementing processes to help clients achieve business objectives while maximizing retention and growth opportunities for the organization. Work hours are full-time, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the deployment of company services across the client portfolio
Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our products and solutions
Lead and streamline the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive first experience
Collaborate with facilitators to create or manage the training calendar to ensure all client training obligations are scheduled in advance
Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, and actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders as needed
Develop and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for administrative client communications
Manage and resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with support and technical teams as needed to ensure satisfaction
Work effectively with internal partners to share, develop, and deploy best practices
