SUMMARY
The Director, Client Services serves as the leader for assigned client accounts, focusing on building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between client business objectives and program execution. This individual plays a key role in driving the strategic direction of the client relationship while collaborating with operational teams to deliver exceptional client value and satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Anticipate evolving client needs and develop innovative solutions that address business challenges.
Prepare and lead strategic client reviews, focusing on business impact and growth opportunities.
Establish yourself as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the client's industry.
Serve as the client advocate within Augeo, representing their interests and priorities.
Business Development
Prepare strategic recommendations and proposals for program enhancements.
Facilitate discussions that address client business objectives through strategic solution design and tactical execution.
Collaborate with internal business units to develop innovative client solutions.
Program Management
Serve as day-to-day client contact, liaison, advocate, and program owner.
Partner with Project Management to capture requirements and successfully drive meaningful program changes.
Prepare and strategically present Change Orders new Statements of Work for program changes or enhancements.
Manage program scope and quality expectations within each client program as outlined in Service Agreement(s).
Create and maintain strong meeting cadence with internal and client teams including agendas and recaps.
Ensure program invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Support financial analysis and budgeting to clients and Augeo management as needed.
Interact collaboratively with Client Services team, Operations, Project Management, Marketing & Digital Services, and other contributing business units.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
5+ years of client relationship management and strategic leadership experience.
Four-year college degree or higher; MBA preferred.
Previous experience with employee, channel, or customer loyalty programs strongly preferred.
Ability to build and nurture client relationships at multiple organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into strategic program recommendations.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy for value-based client discussions.
Strategic thinking with focus on long-term client partnerships and business growth.
Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and stakeholder management.
Microsoft Suite proficiency to support strategic analysis and client presentations.
Flexibility for position to be remote with preference for Eastern US presence.
